Working with Posch Builders was fantastic. I have worked with 5-6 contractors over the last 4 years, and Brian set himself apart from everyone.
First, Brian’s bid process made it easy to understand what the differences are that he brings to the table. Within that bidding process, Brian stood out with the most detailed bid of the 4 that we received on our basement project. With the level of detail I was looking for, no one even came close to Brian’s expertise. Maybe most importantly on the bid process was what Brian brought on a creative level. He came up with solutions I hadn’t considered, and frankly, I look for someone with that type of experience in this situation.
Second, Brian’s communication skills were unrivaled of any builder I’ve worked with. He communicated hourly, daily, and weekly, depending on the tasks at hand. Weekly, he would give us a “what to expect this week”; daily, he gave us a “who to expect at your home today”; and would respond very quickly to questions we had at any time during the process. I have always felt communication skills in a contractor put the customer at ease in the process, and Brian delivered.
Finally, and probably most importantly, Brian delivered what we found to be above and beyond our expectations. He put together an outstanding product, and we are thrilled with the results. We would highly recommend using Posch Builders.
